There's this one brush I've taken a fancy to using- not sure what it's called, but pen pressure determines the opacity of it, rather than its thickness. Put it down heavier in the middle, blurred the sides a bit, took a solid eraser to the edge.

I get the feeling that's due to the brush I use. Making harder edges is something I gotta work on.
