Salutations. I stumbled upon your painting while browsing the critiqueable section. I'll be leaving my impressions in a moment. However, I'll start by saying that I don't know much about Nehema. This means I might be biased because I am unfamiliar with the character's personality traits, interests, style, etc. And since I don't know what the reference photo looks like, the following notes may be off.
My favorite section of the image is the coat. The 3-D form is solid. The shadows are dark and the highlights are bright. The highlights themselves having a slight yellow tint to them, adds a soft glow to them. It's a nice touch, one that which repeats in her black leggings. Overall, the shading is very solid on the mid-section of the figure.
Although the shading is solid for most of the figure, the image could use more shadows to the scene and the background. Adding them will help make the character look as though she's in a 3-D space. I'm assuming this because of the shading on the coat and the leggings. Knowing this, I can judge that the hair would having a shadow under it that would appear on the concrete part of the bench.
Because the background consists of midtones, it looks flat compared to the rendered figure. Both the leaves and trees could use more values to them. The easier option would be darken the horizon line to add a sense of distance. This would make the leaves farthest away dark, and the ones near the bench, as light as they are now. As for the trees, try darkening a few them to suggest that some trees are farther away than others. I don't think they need to be as detailed as the main figure though to get the illusion of distance across.
Aside from that, the colors are solid. Using warm colors for an autumn scene makes a lot of sense.

It is so realistic. I can sniff the leaves, really! And the colours... How you achieved the life-like looks of each texture... Amazing.
