the reference for this one were my bedclothes. do you know "Alchemy Gothic"? i have the "Absinthia" bedclothes.i really liked the picture on them and so i decided to copy them.

I've looked at this several times...and I definitely realized after the 5th or 6th that there's an illusion right there. Very, very well done! I love the color choice. I don't see much green in this genre of art...mostly black and red. I think green is a great alternative color, since, in the right shade, it can give a rather sickly or gross feeling, or just make the art pop at you. Oh, and Oasis <3 I never thought I'd see those lyrics associated with such a dark subject ;D
Just wondering, what kind of markers did you use? If it was markers...I'm not great at identifying mediums, haha.

I LOVE Alchemy Gothic, used to have lots of posters and stuff from them. Nice work. This reminds me of Juliet buying the poison from the alchemist.

Lovely! It's like the image of the woman looking into that big, round mirror with all of her lotions and stuff, but viewed at a distance, you see a skull. I love pictures like these and you did an incredible job!
