Description
*Both are iconic red, blue and white wearing young/adolescent heroes who are the main members of a team of heroes who fight against the forces of evil (Sonic, who is the leader of the Freedom Fighters and Usagi who is the leader of the Sailor Scouts), said team who they had been forming a bond with during their adventures and are composed of people from their original homes (The Acorn Kingdom and The Moon Kingdom)

*Speaking of their original homes this individuals were once part of a big civilization that in the past lived in prosperity, but would suffer though hard periods of conflict (The Great War and The Silver Millenium), with the protagonists being sent away from their homes during this ones (Sonic being evacuated from the Acorn Kingdom and Princess Serenity being sent to Earth) and later would be attacked and dominated by an evil empire who would become the main enemies of the group of heroes with their leaders wanting the destruction of the protagonists (Sonic facing the Eggman Empire and Dr.Eggman while Usagi would fight the Dark Kingdom and Queen Beryl)

*From the moment they arrived to their new homes they would actually live a rather humble life (Sonic living in Knothole Village and Usagi living an average student life) but not with their families due to the fact that they were orphans due to their families being lost to their enemies (Sonic having his father, mother and uncle robotized by Robotnik and Princess Serenity having her own mother sacrificed herself to seal away the Dark Kingdom)

*Both of them alongside their friends would protect and use important gem like artifacts, ancient objects who allowed them to tap into great sources of power and become a stronger form, this same gems would be desired by their villains for their evil schemes and were revered as symbols of ancient civilizations (In Sonic's case it would be the Chaos Emeralds who had allowed him to tap into the Chaos Force and transform into Super Sonic, in Usagi's case it would be the Silver Crystal who allowed her to tap into the power of the moon and transform into Sailor Moon)

*Both would face off an evil sorcerer from ancient times who were once sealed away after their attempts at conquering the kingdoms of the protagonists but this would only be temporal because they would escape from their sealing (Ixis Naugus and Queen Beryl) and an ancient villain with big ambitions of powers who searched for the main power sources that the heroes used to try and become something superior, while also having the same power this had (Mammoth Mogul and Sailor Galaxia)

*Despite their status as heroes they would still have some reprochable personality traits that would later develop and grow past this but still retaining a bit of this things (Sonic with his high ego and Usagi with her childish attitude), they would be overall people with a heart of gold and they would also be in love with one of the members of their teams, said members who were royalty and had met since the past, they had their differences due to the heroes personalities but still found love within them (Sally Acorn and Mamoru Chiba)
