Chris Stevens does this amazing technique that looks black & white but has subtle color and the most amazing shading and whites, and all done by hand in the real world with markers and paint (not digital). I love his art so much I simply HAD to do a different version that added some more traditional coloring, just as an additional version to an already significant piece. It doesn't seem like there's a lot of ink in it and that's what i love: just the pencils and color. that's the only way i color. Just the pencils and skip the inking process i think it makes the picture more organic feeling.
