You have captured something that few can. Matt Smith is not my favorite Doctor, but, one thing I like about him is that at certain times, the young YOUNG actor can look like a aged Timelord. (He turns 30 on October 28. See... he's YOUNG!)

i agree with all these comments, you didn't need to add any more details to the suit, it looks perfect as it is and anyway you don't want to take the focus away from the subject - a madman with a box!!

Man, How do you do that? The lighting is phenomenal, the expression is great. The skin actually looks like skin (which I always have trouble with). And even though you didn't do any details on the suit, they aren't really needed. It still looks like tweed without having to actually be detailed like it.
This is stunning!
