Here's my re-imagining of the Shredder from TMNT. I did away with a lot of his traditional gear. My vision for him is this bad ass Yakuza gangster who hides in plain sight like a Kingpin or Lex Luthor. He hides his badness under nice suits and a legitimate business front. But once the mask goes on and the jacket comes off, everyone better beware.
