Aww it's so sad I can imagine the little critter running through fields and forests with his lovely heart balloon. And then he comes to a halt, out of breath, and lets his grasp slip a bit, and oh noes! It's going... going... NOOO IT'S GOOOONE! *cries* And then there's another scenerio where he's sitting in a tree, having thoughts of his little balloon, when, what's this? It's in that very tree! He takes it home and feeds it yummy balloon food. ... ?

Simplicity at its best, nice bright colours which make this piece really stand out. Often it is the case that these simpler images carry a much more effective message, you have done a good job I like the little balloon and the character, both of which are done nicely. I think the character could be a little bit more shiny perhaps in places.
