Thank you for your comment! I would like to enter this work (and maybe another, but I'll see about that), but it doesn't really fit into 18x12 without a border. What should I do?
Also, your submission form only has first and last name, will the work be displayed with those or a username?

If you can get in within the next week or two, we can get it cut down to 12x16 to stay in proportion, if that works for you? (things just get busy closer to the event, so the sooner the better).
We typically do the first and last name, and a social handle or 2, and publish all the handles/usernames online. But, if you make a note of it in the comments of which username you would like put on display, we can do it.

Thank you, I submitted it now, I added black borders that could potentially be cut.
I usually prefer only the username, but I guess first and last name is okay!

Perfection! I got it and posted it at www.facebook.com/ILoveGAAM/pho… .
And i just made a change to make sure it included your username as well in the post. I'll make sure we get photos of this when it's printed! <3
Thank you, and good luck!

Thanks! I don't think I've ever had someone comment twice at different times on a work, I'm glad you like it!
Especially considering the subject!

awwh ;w; well, you are one of the artists i've had on my watchlist for the longest time. i dont expect you to remember the times i've commented on your work, but you seem like a really nice person. and so polite to always reply and give a very dedicated answer. ♥
Merry Christmas!

Oh, I meant comment twice on the same work, I do remember some of your comments on other works as well, and I'm always happy to receive them since you often give more "in depth" (if I can call it that, kind of lacking a proper phrasing) comments than many others!
While I'd like to have more watchers (I need to somehow start earning money too), I don't like the fact that it'll get harder to reply to everyone in a dedicated way - I'm already so slow with replies always sometimes!
Merry Christmas and I hope you have a great time!

ohh yeah ;w; i always try to put the effort when writing to the artists i like the most ^_^
if you want more watchers, maybe consider drawing what's trending? :--: i know it's not fun to draw what is the latest "thing" most of the time, but it honestly will help. >.<
the relevance in your art will increase <3 and through that, perhaps more will fall in love with your art, just like i have c':

Thank you! It's really appreciated!
Yeah, I know that would help but I just feel so uninspired about many of the mainstream things.
I played quite a bit of Overwatch myself but didn't even make any fan arts of it apart from
a little chibi for a friend who is obsessed with it!
I don't know if I could get a good result if I forced myself to try to draw "relevant" things regardless D:
Thank you for your support, though, I am happy to hear you love it!

I get you, i stray away from mainstream things myself >.<
art becomes so much higher quality if you choose to draw it because of an emotional connection, IMO!
but with mainstream things a lot of people have personal connections so more people search for it >.<
and of course, your art is flawless! *_*

I feel the same, I usually have a very hard time forcing myself to draw something I don't care about or am not inspired by!
But then my dA views are going down and down from what it feels like
Flawless seems a bit much, but thank you very much!

i really like the colouring on her right "curl". the one part that is shining. light green, a little yellow. it just makes me so happy to look at. ahh~

Ohh, thank you very much! I really need to take some more time on some works and mix colours, when I switched my process over to using Gradient Maps I kind of lost the colour mixing a bit in the process!
I'm glad it makes you happy!

ahh o-o i use sai when i draw so i v seldom use anything similar to gradient maps (if anything just adjust the hue in some basic colour)

Oh, I checked SAI out once and found it kind of nice, but at the same time I'm so used to Photoshop that making myself use other programs is hard!
Maybe I should really get SAI or Clip Studio Paint some time and force myself to overcome the initial hurdle, I keep reading opinions about those being better for the actual drawing part than Photoshop!

i dont know CSP but you're definitely right about what you've heard about SAI :3
I know some artists who use SAI to make the drawing, then edits it in PS ^^'

I actually did get CSP in the meantime, but I still have a hard time figuring out what program to use in which way to get a good use out of both of them!

That's hard to say, I feel like I don't look at other artists' work enough! This game's art itself is rather inspiring, though!
As for artists that do come to mind, in recent years, talking to and watching Mr--Jack at Gamescom and Hidari's work in Atelier have been quite influential for me I think!
I really should look at other artworks more, however D:
