i was busy again so i decided to try to explain the royal stature of how the powers work law-wise
ONE NOTE : i decided to change the names of the powers so cube is the uni-royal and the bottom royals are quad royals

anyway lets get started

cube is the uni-royal meaning he has full power over the main planet cubeia
and the moons of the planet
he is the only one who can make uni-laws (meaning laws that all moons must follow)

however in the case of uni-laws all bi-royals must on weather it could or could not be passed the uni and bi- royals come in and talk about the conflicts and effect of what the law can do after a while of chatting every bi-royal votes , yet bi-royals could vote neutral(meaning their vote wont count)
after all the votes are collected their bought to cube however he cant see how many votes are in each so cube votes afterwards the votes are read out (privently of course) if the law is majority the law is passed and vice versea but if votes leads to a tie heres where all the quad royals can vote if the majority is against the law or it still comes out as a tie the law is hanged and its not passed
cube alone can freely can change laws for his own planet

next up is the bi-royals , aside from following uni-laws they can freely change laws of there own moons , however if a law a bi-royal wants to make and it conflicts a uni-law they must appeal to cube to allow the law to pass if more then 4 bi-royals that asks for an appeal there will be a vote to see if this would no longer be a uni-law but it still applies to the main planet if cube want to

and now the quad-royals they have full power of there own kingdoms and dont need to follow the moons laws
however if the land is causing trouble for the moons they have a right to intervene and the quad-royals can defend against it , but they must listen to the uni-royal(i mean cube but im not calling it him anymore since hes the current uni-royal)

so in a nutshell quad royals are on there own

quick thing theres a lot more quad-royals and im not going to bring up the polar monarchs
since there as strong as bi-royals but there only reporters to cube since the planet is huge
and there are bi royals on the main planet but are few and far between and they must follows uni-laws and cubia laws

gangs and leagues wont be included here either since there completely different things

hopefully i made things less confusing and if not there may be edits in the future
