1. That doesn't make any sense quite frankly. Andrew is a character that was never really even used. He was more or less just a concept. Sure, his animatronic was indeed built- But he was just sort of kept in limbo. That, and well... I have certain plans for him. He and Sarah share more than just a stage, you know?

1. yeah, he was scrapped, but i just always kinda found him uncanny, so why not make him terryfying. The Withereds in FNAF 2 were scrapped and withered, so why not andrew
