it's a variation of pincha mayurasana (feathered peacock pose - ironically enough, since i have an obsession with peacocks). usually its done with the legs straight up in the air at a 90° angle to the floor but you can arch your back and do different centers of balance to focus on strengthening other muscles in the body.

Antigua is great as always, I'm partying a lot [have gone out every day since last tuesday!] so I can destress and am planning on going on some short road trips.
it would be so awesome if you came down again and we got to meet!
