EXPERIENCE
While I am unfamiliar with the game Warhammer 40K, I do see the symbol of Adeptus Mechanus, the Cult of the Machine within the Priesthood of Earth. Outside the context of the game, it's a cool piece with an interesting image.
ELEMENTS
Before I begin, Credo Omnissiah (I'm not sure if you've met yet) asked me to remind you that one of his precepts is "There is no strength in flesh, only weakness." I said perhaps, but isn't this a fine work of art by one of the flesh, to which he grudgingly agreed. So, there's a plus to start.
In terms of technique, I looked closely at the materials and the precision with which you executed the design. The copper (or base metal material) is brushed clean and provides a good contrast with the black. It's a pleasing surface finish to the eye and makes for a very attractive artifact.
The precision of the cuts are terrific. The upper left of the skull has a couple of cuts to create an excellent 3-D effect and once you realize that the large cutout on the right is the empty eye socket, then you can see the dual image of the original design reflected in this piece as well. I couldn't see any obvious flaws or areas for improvement.
EVALUATION
This is an excellent piece of work. I compared it to the original design plus your other works in your gallery. In the end, I gave you full marks across the board because not only is it a more challenging piece than the others I've seen in your gallery, you were also able to rise to the challenge and produce an excellent piece of work. Kudos!
