Midoshiro(?) can seal power of target, his seal have the ability to borrow powers and strength from a volunteer(s), he can't steal them. And give them to himself or others via a "prime seal" (Ex. he'd place these seals on 4 swordspeople and 2 demons and then placed the prime seal on himself, he'd then have the strength of everyone involved, plus the 2 blood powers the demons have).
With powerfull habilities he can seal a %, same for he uses that hability.
Part 1 Shigaraki (BNHA) and Rui (Kny) fusion
Part 2 Dabi (BNHA) and Zenitsu (Kny) fusion
Part 3 full body of Dabitsu and some action!
Part 4 Midoriya and Yushiro (Kny) fusion
