So why not just wear a bigger bra? All the other clothes don't strangle us so it makes no sense to not be able to wear a size bigger bra if space gives that problem (not to mention none of the scenes on the spaceships show anything remotely like a weightless atmosphere. Otherwise no one would be able to walk)

Hey, I think we can have a 5' 2" stormtrooper.Β They'll still know when not to pass the doorway with sparks coming out and an angsty teen throwing a tantrum and space-magic powers.Β I doubt they even get dental insurance.
I never got that "a little short" line though.Β Does she know the stormtrooper requirement checklist, seen every stormtrooper, or not think they can be different heights?
The "kiss" she gives her brother in Ep. 5 I can forgive.Β They were unaware of that fact at the time, and she really did it to piss off Han for being a butthead.
