Maybe this ending is not what those "creepypasta-lovers" want, anyway, a good ending is better than something cruel... (especially to your own OC... XD)
Well, Pinkie just spared one of the witnesses and simply let him do whatever he wants, including reporting the serial-killer's crime... I just don't get it... Maybe villains in the show MLP are always faithful in words, which may leads to their failure... :3
Moreover, it's a good idea to make vectors according to this sketch.

I'm sure it's not the kind of ending those people like...
However: If I would draw/write a "bad ending" even then it wouldn't be what they expected. I wouldn't show graphic violence like the original. Right at the moment when Pinkie takes the scalpel I would leave the basement and show Lucky Joe's worried parents talking at home and wondering where he is because the sun sets already. Then, after they talked some words, I would show how the sun vanishes behind the mountains and the moon arrives at the heaven - fade to black - and the last panel would show the new "Luck Cupcakes" presented in Sugar Cube Corner, at the next day... So it would obviously trun into a tragedy at the end.

Somebody as evil as Pinkie wouldn't just let her pray go, especially because he could tell everybody. This isn't the ending, its just another part.

Well even if nobody believes him, Pinkie said that he can go now. That means that if he leaves, he will know the location of her hideout so if this was the final ending, Pinkie would be screwed.

I keep looking at the last panel of the previous chapter. Even if Pinkie is the one with last move, I can't see a winning move for her unless Lucky makes a mistake.
