Sometimes when I cook - part 9:

"Mixed salad plate"

Big mixed salad but not 100% veggie because it included also some meat:

1. Sausage salad (small sliced sausage, onion, cheese and gherkin)
2. small sliced carrot
3. sliced cucumber (with cream sauce)
4. potatoe salad (with onion and chive)
5. mealie salad (with parsley and green onion)
6. green salad leaves

A good food to train my knowledge about salad making ^^ It was fun and tasted good. By the way: Sausage salad is a well known food here in Tirol and Austria.
