And sorry, but cohesion? Where was the cohesion in Chrysalis invading Canterlot without being detected while acting as an asshole the whole time? Where was the cohesion in Discord coming back only because of the CMC's arguments when it could have happened any days before? Where was the cohesion of the Alicorn Amulet being in a random merchant's store? Where was the cohesion in Starlight having a Starswirl's scroll out of nowhere?
And you are calling out this creepy-pasta inspired comic out? It has more cohesion that you think, you just don't bother to read.

For starters, it is an immensely poor comparison to make betewen the show and this crap comic dude. And the stresses of a wedding likely played a part.

And none of those characters you listed were immune to any magic but the elements of harmony..... How you came to that conclusion i cannot comprehend. They were more powerful than the defenderes at the time. Hell Twilight matched tirek in a fight.
And i have doubts this snake is even discord levels in power. And Discord obviosuly saw both the regal sisters as a threat. I am pretty sure this fiend would have been detected by now.

also the bullshit that is somehow pinkie murdered several ponies without being found out. Infinitely more bullshit than chrysalis little plot.

Also you do realize the reason discord came out was not because of the argument, but because the changing of the guard weakened his seal, right?

And stop your bullshit with the wedding, Cadence is shown as sweet and loving and on her wedding day she behave like a total bitch and totally out of character and only Twilight is suspicious? Not even Celestia her own Aunt? Yeah right.

Dude, you answered the whole thing, them being more powerful rendered them immune against normal magic, Twilight and the others didn't try anything against Nightmare Moon and Discord because it would be meaningless. Sombra didn't give a shit about Twilight's, Cadence's and Shining's magic. Tirek was downright invincible.
