One Galactic Federation vessel always patrols the planet Raeon. It is not to protect the species that inhabit this planet, but to warn any who approach not to provoke the Uerea. They are a race with greater telekinetic abilities than Sitmacs. Uerea spacecraft interiors are heavily coated with EMP shielding cloth because their minds emit constant electromagnetic pulses at different wavelengths, with some beyond the visible spectrum.

While appearing transparent because of the limits of visibility, Uerea have solid flesh. They're not spirits. Considered by many other species to be the final form of evolution: Uerea are capable of becoming completely invisible to the naked eye, manipulating objects, elements and chemical balances in organic life-forms, teleportation over great distances and self-levitation. Similar to the Sitmac species, they're also able to let out bursts of destructive or defensive telekinetic energy at varying temperatures and engage in private conversations with telepathy. Though in contrast, Uerea have immense power and extremely fine control of their abilities. Uerea society does not possess fears, taboos or laws (or clothes) because enforcing consequences would be impossible. They're unable to harm or control each other.

Luckily for the Galactic Federation for Peace, they have evolved beyond the desire for war. However, Sitmac patrols have discovered known hostile species turned inside out or splattered across the walls inside ghost ships surrounding planet Raeon. Uerea are generally apathetic towards violence unless provoked through hostility. When attempted attacks offend them at the sheer stupidity of trying, equal apathy is felt for the well-being of their aggressors.

Because they have risen to a technologically advanced society capable of space travel, it is traditional throughout the known galaxy to let any Uerea take whatever they want with no confrontation. Excessive flattery out of fear is not uncommon. Their potential as galactic threats would be immense if they cared, which they never do. Their species often seek physical pleasures just to be able to feel anything.
