Deliberate injury gambit. Yuu's expression was tricky to draw because I wanted it to be sort of unhappy, but I didn't want to overemphasize that because I didn't want to give off the impression that he was a sore loser, but extremely soured on Xue's end strategy. But deep down knows that it's a type of gambit tactic and a viable choice during a battle, and with Alex's words suggests that she was aware of/agreed to the strategy(maybe even suggested it???). Nonie didn't accumulate enough points and/or she suffered too many deductions as a result of her mistakes so Xue gets the victory by default. Lots of layers of uncomfortable feelings for our Judge.
