I use Sai for the sketch, lineart, and coloring, then I switch to PS for the stroke border and transparent BG to finish it off c:

Stroke Border? How does that work? Or did you just kinda paint around it?

In PS, one of the effects you can have on an image is "stroke" so all I do is choose the color and width and it does it for me xD Sometimes I make my own border, but only if I want it to look a bit messy.

If SAI had those types of effects, I'd have no need for PS at all
