In my short story "Whiskers on Snoops", Felix the catboy and Rudy the reinboy travel to the Junior Agents agency to track down two agents who escaped from the pet shop before they were fully transformed. While they were there they encountered a dozen other agents who chased them back to the magic pet shop. Unfortunately for these agents the wizards who run the shop decided to transform this new batch of agents into a variety of hybrid animals. In this illustration by Donpretzel we see that the first five from that group have been successfully transformed into a birdboy, monkeyboy, tigerboy, raccoonboy and pandaboy. Yes, that is a very good choice. My choice keeps changing. Right now I'm partial to the raccoon boy. I think he has a cool tail.

Also, Monkeys actually have tipped Ears, whereas apes & chimps are the ones with dulled Ears.

Well the monkeyboy is a hybrid and so he does have a few human characteristics left even if they are just his ears and hair.

When the wizards decided to branch out into hybrid animals they also wanted to try and create some more exotic types and do something more than just puppies and kittens. At this point the boys are still trying to figure out what has happened to them. And while the birdboy is currently unaware that he is now a lot smaller than he was a few moments ago he does feel like something is wrong as seen here in this new addition to the story.
“Chirp, chirp, why do I feel so different? Chirp?” he chirped. “And why do I have a very strong desire to eat some birdseed? Chirp! Chirp!”
The tigerboy is also beginning to adapt to his new form as he glares at the tasty looking pandaboy. Fortunately the wizards are nearby and the pandaboy is safe.
I asked for the ripped uniforms so it would be more noticeable that these were once Junior Agents who are now enjoying a new existence.

Yes, they are, it is hard for me to find a favorite. At first it was the little birdboy but then I looked at the raccoonboy a little more and I find him just as cute. But I think that anyone who sees the pandaboy will immediately want to have one of their very own.
