Sometimes I have the beginnings for a story but then I don't know what to do with it. Such is the case with this illustration. I started off with the idea of an orphaned boy who was experimented upon by a deranged scientist. The results of these experiments is that he is now part boy and part poodle. Fearful of what might happen to him if he remains he sneaks away one night to freedom. With that idea in mind I commissioned this illustration of him as he carefully makes it out to safety. I'm not sure what will happen to him next. Will he find someone who will love him for who he is or will the poodle part of him fight for dominance of his body. Will he find others who were also experimented on by the crazed scientist and also escaped. Only time will tell since I don't even have a name for him yet.Related content

He is actually a teen so he still qualifies as a boy. I can see if the artist will do one of him as a younger poodle boy, perhaps when he was 8 or so.
