Ripley RemeberedA homage to one of my favourite movie franchises and most certainly my favourite Heroine.....Really enjoyed this because of my interest, tried to catch the mood and feel of Alien with the colours and tones etc.......Drawn and Painted in Corel Painter.....

Good old Ripley...one of the few (only?) women in the movies who really seemed tough and genuine without pandering either to men or feminists. That's a character I'm fond of as well, especially in the second movie. Aliens was the film that made the series legendary.

I completely agree, there should be more female heroes like her....hopefully the upcoming Prometheus film will restore the series back to its legendary status...
