At the beginning of the year I was working mainly on my blog and creating crochet patterns before I switched to just focusing on illustration.During the spring I worked mostly on crocheting, sewing, and my cosplay of Holo from Spice and Wolf
The beginning of summer I got serious about sketching and creating characters, some of which were actually first sketched in 2010 (like Aerity! I'll post those later). Through the summer I developed characters and a style. I started comics in September!! I love making them!
Most of my work that I really liked was created in October, it was hard to pick something. I hurt my hand at the end of that month, yet still managed to draw some more in November! If this was any other year I would hardly have any work to show!!
December I got Paint Tool Sai and are trying new things again. I hope to improve greatly in 2012!!
Goals:
Develop my styles more Make more comics! Draw more everyday (but take better care of my body to not strain it again) Draw more backgrounds, I need to get better at them More digital paintingMy previous summary for 2010 can be seen on my other account here:
