Spinault and Spinisaw are Fossil Pokemon that are based off the spinosaurus. Their backs are used as actual sawblades (Spinosaw is better at it then Spinault).
Name of Origin
Spinault's name comes from Spine and Fault, whilst Spinosaw's name is a play on Spinosaurus.
It's Typing
Since Spinault and Spinosaw are Fossil Pokemon, they of course have rock as their primary type, their secondary type in reference to the saw blades on their backs meanwhile is steel.
