Legends Arceus with it's Hisui Dex as we know cut 12 Pokemon Lines from the Sinnoh Dex, whilst at the same time adding in a fair amount of others. The only ones I can think of right now are:
*Goldeen Line - Hisui Qwilfish Line: Fish based Pokemon
*Feebas Line - Basculin Line: Fish based Pokemon with Certain Kind of Evolution
*Houndour Line - Hisui Growlithe Line: Dog based Pokemon
*Girafarig Line - Stantler Line: Pokemon based off Hooved Animals
*Meditite Line - Hisui Voltorb Line: Something They Both Do
*Tropius Line - Petilil Line: Grass Type Pokemon
The others I can't quite figure out right now, but if anyone else can come up with something, feel free to leave a comment. Some might not even be dex replacements in any way, like say the Goomy Line as additional Psuedo Legendaries and the Starter Trio that is each of different evolutionary lines.
Hisui also adds an alternate evolution to Scyther and a Hisui Form of Sneasel with an exclusive evolution, which can allude to how both of which are Pokemon that had been in the Modern Day Sinnoh Dex to the point of the other evolutions still being featured as well.
