**PLEASE 'FULL VIEW'**
-Ice formation along the north-west shore of Lake Superior.-
Almost, but not quite gives- (me) -the image of splashing water....but with a... well, ---crystalized effect. --Which, I suppose, is pretty much precisely what it IS! ...
...Anyway it was a grand hiking day for myself, playing the -(fortunate!)- sidekick to the great *wb-skinner . A sincere 'thanks' goes out to him for showing me around his old stomping grounds.

Damn you must have sudden freezes there! I love the tones and the subtlety of forms in this - can't make out any specific shapes, but I don't really care because the textures and everything else are simply gorgeous! Nice!

That's really pretty. The longer I look at it, the more pictures I see in it. There's something like a hippogriff or a dragon soaring up.

We were shooting some of the amazing ice formations along the shoreline as the sun was coming up. ...And the colours at sunrise or sunset being what they are... we took high advantage. Thanks so much for the favourite and comment!

Normally I dont think would have been a very interesting shot... but the way you captured the light and how it reflects and plays with the ice is just great.

It seems you have a few of these in your gallery, yes.. But this one is deffinately my favourite of them all. What can I say.. I am weak for a splash of magenta.
