Description
It's almost 4 years since my last Sonic picture. This one was an spontaneous idea (there are two other picture I have to finish -.-).
This picture is after an scene/story part from the Comics (I mean not the Archie Comics (never realy read them), but the U.K. official Sega Comic
(with the great name "Sonic the Comic" - very creative)).
I'm note sure if a lot knows those Comics, so I'll try to summirize this story part for a better understanding (before, sorry for my bad english and the mistakes).

Story - some important things that happend before:
After the fail with Metal Sonic (see Sonic CD) Robotnik/Eggman tries to produce a better version off it. So he has a mass production
(he didn't monitor it because off other problems). Something goes wrong and the Metal Sonics became independent (call themself Brotherhood of Metallix).
They capture Grimer, Doctor Robotnik's chief scientist (he was the one who had created the Metallix design in the first place).
Grimer shall construct the Alpha Device, which transform the Miracle Planet again in an cyber-planet.
The Miracle Planet appears only once every month. Robotnik tell Sonic whats happend and that they will get a great problem, so Sonic shall help.
Sonic and the freedom Fighters beat the Metallix, but Poker Lewis (a Pig with technical skills) hang back
because the Alpha device still works - Sonic has to leave him behind and the Miracle Planet vanish for one month again.

After a Month Sonic come back to meet Poker again. All seems ok, the Planet and also Poker, but Team
Chaotix appear with the Omni Viewer (the screen with the Face, whose has the Skill to travel through
dimensions and time). The say that there is something wrong on this place. The green Miracle Planet is only
an illusion - it had become an cybernitic planet and also Poker is only a fake.
Sonic and Team Chaotix manage it to safe the real Poker, but the Metallix travel back
to past and change an important thing. The planet Mobius has also change to an planet of fire and steel.
On the planet Sonic and Co try to escape from the Mettalix. They meet an person who bring them to the underground and
the last inhabitants of Mobius. The person is Dr. Kintobor and Sonic and Co see only one
change-they have to travel back with the Omni viewer in time and fix what the Metallix have done.
On there way they have to fight some Metallix. After the fight Sonic found an rotten egg and he sense
what has to been done. They travel to the time when Sonic meets Kintobor.

Dr Kintobor was an nice scientist who tries to use the Chaos Emeralds to make the planet a better place
(the Emeralds have the possibilitiy to absorb evil energy). But he had only six (what make them instable).
Sonic wasn't at the first time blue, but brown.
Kintobor tried to measure Sonics speed, but he was to fast for the machine and it exploded. After the
accident sonic became blue. Sonic decided to stay longer by Kintobor.
Sonic gets hungry but he found only a rotten egg in the fridge. Kintobor took the egg, strumbled and fall into machine
with the chaos Emerald. -> scientist+rotten egg+bad energy = Robotnik (Kintobor backwards).

Metallix stole the egg, so Robotnik never appears (why he is important, when Grimer make them -
Robotnik install a selfdestruction function for the case something goes wrong).
Sonics task is it to replace the egg and bring Kintobor to strumble.
In the End they beat the Metallix with the help of Robotnik.

I realy like this chapter, it has something ironic. Sonic has to be the trigger for
the chain of events that turned Kintobor into Doctor Robotnik only to beat an greater danger.

It's drawn with fineliner and pencil.
