Description
-Tiger ref from Google-Lily ref only used for one open flower and one flower bud, everything else was made up.
-No references used for the actual composition of the drawing
-Photoshop for watermark/color of eyes

Er...this was an on and off project which spanned 4 days. Probably 10 hours max on this + time wasted chatting/complaining to =MakaiAsh
I also took Ash's technique of taking a photograph of the drawing rather than scanning it in, for a more natural feel. Thanks! (: But thanks to my fail cam, the lighter fur details have been blurred off. >>
This originally started as a 'practice drawing' because my dad kept mentioning to me that I need to draw something other than young people. So in my refusal to draw old people atm, I chose a tiger.
Iono where I was going with the theme of this...er...I thought the ref pic made the tiger look sad. I had this idea of a 'longing' look...and thought of a better title later. >>;

This semester's schedule is sooooooo easy! OMG I'm so bored with all the free time I have. No class Friday, only one on Wed., two on Monday, and Tues. and Thurs. are full until 4. Then I have nothing to do since all I have are two anthro classes, one philosophy class, and a lit class. I am going out of my mind!

Yeah, that's one of the reasons I liked Santa Cruz. All dem redwoods, man.
My parents say they'll get me a car, and my BIL's brother buys, fixes, and resells cars so they'd probs get one from him. He got my sis one for like $1500 and it's run without problems so far. I just have like no way of practicing, my dad's always working, my sis is too lazy, and I'm too broke to pay for lessons right now.
Have you watched Being Human? I started watching both versions and it's awesome. Didn't think I'd like the U.S. version but it's pretty good; bit of a different energy to it. And Sam Huntington is a cutie.

Wow...Absolutely stunning work! I was just about to type something in the search box...And the second my eyes laid upon this beautiful image... I directed my mouse to it! I am sure glad i got a chance to see this! The colors are so magnificent! I like that you kept the flowers white just like the tiger and the only hint of color being its eyes.
All the details are so much appreciated! The fur the blades of the grass, it all looks so amazing! The pic itself speaks a lot without any words! The tiger looks so fluffy while the flowers and grass blades look clean and sharp! Really worth all the time it took you to make this! Its gorgeous!

Unfortunately, the actual drawing is just a simple graphite drawing, there are no colors. I tinted the eyes and the actual color of the drawing through photoshop. ^^
