I'm not sure if those are wires or ribbons behind her, so let's just not question it.
One of her arms is a bit messed up though D;<

Ah, Hatsune Miku isn't from an anime (and neither is Kagamine Rin for that matter). They're both vocaloids... which are, I guess, singing computer programs. Some examples of vocaloid songs are [link] (Hatsune Miku), [link] (Megurine Luka), and [link] (Kagamine Rin and Kagamine Len).
