Not quite sure about Spike's face, he look a little froggy to me...Anyway, it took me three and a half hour, use Paint Tool SAI.

He does look froggy, but I've always preferred the more salamander/snake-like dragon style over the rhinocerous ones. It makes them look much better built for flying and speed so I guess lower class/smaller dragons fit the look better, like Spike.
Or Perhaps this is just a teen stage for him and he'll grow more rough as he ages.

I was parodying How to Train Your Dragon, right. But I wanted to make his face more like european style dragon, not a frog

But there isn't anything hinting that Spike will grow wings, nor that he wants them. Spike will remain wingless throughout his life. Twilight could still ride him, though.

Spikes head looks fine. He reminds me of a snake not a frog.
By the way, the show will most likely have their roles swapped: Twilight flying and Spike on her back.
