Some more now, but anyway...
Well, let's go with the drawing!
I used a new kind of paper, so this has been a small experiment,
at first I didn't even plan to color it...

This is not a new look for Mega,
nop
of course not.
Is just another draw ._.
But I have some ideas... some little changes.
I wanna ask you about it:
Mega has two snail-bangs,
I'm thinking about eliminating one of them, the second.
(Of course, the one I haven't drawn in this image)
AND
I'm thinking of changing the color of her feathers
NOT ALL THE COLORS
She would still have her pink feathers
but she could also create other of different colors,
in blue tones for example.
What do you think about it??

I think, that it's quite noticeable, that you used a new kind of paper. It makes your colouring looking a bit different - but that's not bad at all! It's just... unfamiliar. :3
Overall Mega just looks utterly beautiful! Even more so in color and I really have to say, that blue suits her SO WELL! <3 ;_;
About your questions:
The snail-bands are the long strands of hair "going around" her face, aren't they? (because her left strand of hair would be the only one I recognized as missing? D: ) If I'm right with this, I would like the idea about eliminating it. Sure, I love Mega the way she is now (with two snail-bands), but she sure looks just as beautiful with just one like she does here! Would she "pull it back" with this feather hair clip like she does it here? °*°
And about the colors of her feathers. I think that would be quite the cool design for her feathers! One being pink and (if we stay with blue and I'd love to, because it really suits her! *°*) the others blue - maybe mixing them into purple somewhere in the middle where the colors start to change? Will the other-colored feathers have a different ability, too? Or will it be just for the looks? °*°

yep, the new one is satiny, the other was lumpy so this new one makes the drawing look brighter.
And...
Nope ._. I'm talking about her snail bangs (You can see them here fav.me/da4yki3 ) but that's a nice idea, to keep one of her others bangs pulled back with some feathers ^^
And about the feathers... I still have to think about it, but I think I'll make her to create a color with each hand (Right-Pink and Left-Blue or something like that) and when she uses both hands, she'll create violet feathers.
I still have to decide if each color will have a special ability. Although I haven't it clear, I like Mega's power as it is ._.

Oh my gosh, I seriously did not see that THAT snail bang was missing! The upper one! ... Oh gosh, sorry! orz B-but I get it now and feel really bad for not noticing it before! Really sorry, dear! q_q And... I like it more this way, too be honest. Maybe because Mega doesn't look as... tousled? Wrong word... but I seriously don't know how else I should describe it? she looks "less childish" or "more grown up" maybe? orz
Sounds like a really hard decision regarding her feathers. >_>'' The idea with each hand creating a different color sounds interesting though. And you could keep Mega's power basically as it is, just put the abilities she already has to one special color/ hand?
Maybe like this:
Everything lifeless she touches become feathers -> left hand, blue color.
Every feather she creates without touching anything -> right hand, pink color.
Mixing it with both hands (like she does in your reference when she uses her "finger gun") -> both hands, violet feathers.

I think it's notable that you used another kind of paper. The texture seems a little different in comparison with your other artworks. c:
Her hair looks simply amazing and I love those spots for the back- and foreground.
I could imagine some light blue feather with her pink ones. As light blue as some of these spots here.
I don't know, I think it would look awesome, but it's your choice ofc.

Have you noticed it? My other paper is lumpy, and this new one is satiny. It gives a different and brighter texture xD
