I like the piece, however, Dadaists "used" collage in effort to show what Dada was ABOUT. Which is nothing. Dada IS nothing. Now, when people hear "Dada" they think .... collage! "Dadaists" wanted to rip the pages out of every art book ever made. Hugo Ball stated we should burn down every library. Why do them an injustice?

I must say that it is a modern view of Dada. Not their style, obviously... But, it is according to their principle..

Not to begin a discussion about what is Dada or not - but André Breton becomes very close in style - also Francis Picabia - what the matter of the style of printing concerns and the use of different typeletters - I know some icons are modern. Probably you know Dadaist brought out a lot of different papers arround the period of 1916 - 1925. Amazing stuff to read. (the dadareader by dawn ades contains a lot of the content of some issues).

That was the idea, I like Dada cos even tough they wanted to break all rules they ended creating new rules.
