ginger is such a great looking/sounding dog.

Eek! Das Weenie! She's so adorable, and she just looks so satisfied. It reminds me of my own dogs, after a good meal they just sit around with their eyes half closed and licking their ol' drooly chops. I wish I had your talent so I could finally get a decent picture of them.

Thanks very much for that nice compliment. The key is to just start shooting, keep shooting, try different modes (auto, manual, aperature priority, etc.) and angles, and then shoot some more... and use the flash only when absolutely necessary!

I'll give it a try. I used to want to be a photographer, but never had the resources. By the way, can you buy Dog Without Napkin as a print? I showed the pic to a friend of mine who owns a dachsund, and she's dying to get a copy.

Thanks very much hon! Oh they did enjoy immensely, but what was really funny was I made the 2 of them share, each taking a turn with the bone out on the deck, with Sissy going first. When it was Ginger's turn Sissy watched thru the door window the whole time Ginger had it, and when Ginger came back inside Sissy attacked her! Crazy dogs!
