Description
I close my eyes and send out a prayerPleading with the gods, take away my despair
Take away the anguish, eradicate the pain
Wipe away the blood, mingle tears with the rain
Stamp out the confusion and heal the depression
Lift up my burdens and cease the oppression
Let me find the peace I so desperately lack
And paint over with colour, cover the black.
Find a little corner, and stash it away
Hide it in a box and forget the dismay.
