I honestly believe that no one should be killed for their skin color or any other superficial trait, but if they actually wanted to do something they should've go after actual cops and government places instead of innocent people businesses and they should've respected his family wishes, which are the ones who matter the most.

And just because the majority are good doesn't mean that the actions of the bad ones should be dismissed and viceversa.

Rarely on FB and I don't use that cesspool of twitter and dude even many of the moderate rightwings and libertarians will disagree with you on that, The system is extremely fucked, and the news of black people being killed (specially disabled ones) are indeed going on the rise, I've counted like 4 cases of that already, and maybe more that are missing...
And no people to me and to other people I've met online haven't been "subtly racist" they have been full on racists, even the progressive whites that are oh so adamant on defending black people have been extremely racist to blacks and other races who disagree with them and blacks have been disrespectful to nearly every POC (appearently if you are biracial or asian you are a lesser poc or wypipo lite) who disgrees with them or lives race differently

Colored people and the other demographics you mentioned aren't deliberately targeted. They're simply more likely to have interactions with police due to crime rates and mental illness in their demographics. Since the mental health institutions were gutted, the burden of dealing with those people fell on the police, which I agree is a bad thing. But, it's not the fault of the police.
The overwhelming majority of those police killings are justified. Could they do better? Sure. They could always be better. But, law enforcement officers also take on immense personal risk to do their jobs. I'll need to see some data about these rapist police officers and assaults before I believe you.
Notorious for human rights violations? Again, could you provide some citations to back up any of these claims?
Many departments do have continuous training. Many officers take it upon themselves to seek out additional training. I agree that more is always good. My husband (a law enforcement officer) has told me there needs to be more martial arts training incorporated into police training so that officers feel more confident and don't over-rely on tasers or firearms. Chokeholds aren't taught in the vast majority of cases. Carotid holds are also a perfectly safe and legitimate form of submission hold if the officer has propper training. Such a hold could've prevented the shooting of Rayshard Brooks in Atlanta.
"No-knock" warrants do serve a legitimate purpose. But, my husband explained to me that their use is meant to be in very specific criteria, and some judges over-issue them, which is a problem.
I don't think bringing in some woke race hustler to screech their ideology at police will do anything but waste funds that could be spent on more useful training.
I think police unions (like most unions these days) cause more problems than they solve. They can stand in the way of important changes. But, not all departments have them. They tend to be a city problem.
Do you know how departments measure success? What's your familiarity? Again, the problem with mental illness is that the entire infrastructure to deal with the mentally ill was gutted without replacing it with anything, so the task fell to the police since there is literally no one else at this point. It's a disservice to those who suffer mental illness, and it's a disservice to the officers who have to deal with the consequences.
There's definitely room for change, but if you can't identify the reality of what's going on, you're never going to find a solution to anything.
