Last Friday my friend and I went to the Adjustment centre where her horse is that she needed to prepare for the state championship the next day.

I was in one of my contemplating and thinking moods while I was sitting on a fence of a stable area. I then noticed my shadow on the ground and thought to myself that sometimes we feel like we are only a shadow of our normal selves, especialy when I seems life gets the better of us.

It serves to remind me that we can get through anything that life throws at us
