Adopted on the 16th, this little sweetie has been a joy to have. She had previously had a litter of kittens, despite not being a year old yet. We got her for $20 as a result since the shelter was having a deal on young cats who were under 12 months. Just so full of love and willing to give it, Ripley's been fitting in just fine! Even the dogs are slowly accepting her. She is also a talker, always meowing in greeting when she sees you! I specifically sought a black cat as so many people hate on them just because they're black cats, due to that annoying supersession of them being bad luck or just bad in general! Despite only owning Ripley for a few days.. She's been the sweetest, most loving cat I've come across in years! Just remember guys.. judge not by one's appearance.. Just because one is born with black fur or something else, does not mean anything. I'm glad to of adopted her and I do not regret it. How can you dislike something that gives nothing but love and affection, after all?
