Both Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash come with a cart. I used a Fluttershy because I made Derpy back when G4s were in very limited qualities and I had one Fluttershy and one Dash. Dash being my favorite, I felt awful baiting her and gave up and used Fluttershy. The eyes do through Derpy's eyes off some. Eventually I will re-make her.

I made it. Derpy is made of a Fluttershy base with real MLP hair and a custom paintjob. Her wagon is the standard Fluttershy cart that pulls Angel with sculpey letters and packages.
Thanks for complimenting Derpy guys, she likes it. She gets self-conscious about the eyes, and all.

exactly, if she didnt have the eyes, she would be just another generic background pony.
Though there are hardly any generic ponies left.

My eyes do the same thing as Derpy's when I'm not wearing my glasses. I think it makes us look special and adorable. XD
