Funny thing, all this time I thought you draw with a mouse O_O But then tablets are hard to use too. Maybe because I just barely tried them out at my friend's house.

He looks like he's smoking pot, since his eyes are so dark >.o And I do beleive that his eyes are blue, but it could just be the amount of earth tones in the picture.
