Hey there everyone!

We could use a few more staff members here at CuteCritters since submissions have been going a bit slowly and the current staff are all quite busy. Preferably we're looking for some new staff sooner rather than later but this call will marked as open until we get maybe 2-3 new staff [hopefully].

What a contributor is expected to do:
Check group messages at least once a week and...
regularly vote (fairly!) on incoming art (we will check that you thoroughly understand our art acceptance criteria)
participate in and give input on staff discussion in the admin area
know the rules! and report those who aren't following them to a founder or co-founder
answer questions from members
always be polite ...and friendly, helpful, approachable etc.
Have a good standard of art (if you have had several of your deviations accepted in our gallery you're fine)

A contributor's privileges:
Art will automatically be accepted in the gallery
Can submit up to 2 deviations a week rather than 1
Can submit and suggest art to the featured folder
Can judge in group contests and events
Your icon on our front page

We're looking for responsibility, activeness, literacy, maturity and commitment. If you want to be a contributor you have to be prepared to stick with us in the long haul rather than helping out for a few weeks and getting bored! But we understand if there is a situation which means you have to take a hiatus for a few weeks, as long as you let us know beforehand. Comment on this journal giving a reason why you want to be a contributor and we'll consider you!
