Very good, and she looks adorable! There's not much that I could say as a critique, but I'll say some of the things that I don't feel comfortable with.
I noticed that when zoomed in (on deviantART of course, not on any other website nor program), it turns a bit blurry. I'm not sure if that's supposed to happen or not, if you wanted it to be blurry, but if it isn't, try using some certain art techniques to make it un-blurry. Some more shading would be very nice, too. I also noticed that you added very faint luminosity/highlights to her hair. I recommend not blurring it so much that the people with not very good eyesight can't see it. I can also see that a bit of the top part of her ear is a bit pointy, but I won't worry so much about that xD.
Overall, it's really good and adorable, love it~<3.
