Happy New Years !
I've been wanting to color using watercolour for a while and after I saw ~momonya 's sexy picture I was like omgomgomgogmogmogmgomgogmg so yeah
This was originally drawn as for my own reference as to what FemChina's uniform was because I might cosplay her for Katsucon if I can get it done in time. Also, I looked everywhere for someone who cosplayed this version of FemChina but I could not find one so I wanna try it out ;D
And I know her shirt/dress thing is not actually like that; I added the qipao things because it looks prettier that way.
Since there's no way to add text on SAI, I just wrote Happy New Years in my own ugly handwriting orz nothing special

Also thanks to ~Silverta for cleaning up the coloring and coloring the flower. : )
