me and my boyfriend have been playing tonsss of borderlands 2 XDits been so much fun ;w;
so I made this picture in there kinda style >wsuper different from mine but I really loved drawing this and coloruing it Β :3

how do you always change your art style qAq

well normally I find a style thats super cool and then I look at the picture and try to find out how they made certain things in there style unique XD
then I take a look at all the brushes I have in SAI and I figure out which one will give me the same effect as the style im trying to do >w<
line art and colouring is what truly makes the style of the artist XD
and depending how you shade as well
most people when they shade they normal use grey white or black
but to get other effects and make black's, white's and grey's colourful you need to add little hints of colour in them
like lets say I have a grey and I want to shade it to be a warm grey I will look for veryyyy light colours of red yellow and orangeΒ
you can also use those to make shadingΒ
and you can do the same thing with blue having the grey look more like a cool colour
using light shades of blue and dark shades of blue to shade black grey or white can really give a big effect on your picture >w
