Well, I tried not to make a too op Stand, before realizing how op The World and Star Platinum, or even GER are xD
Her Stand name is "Queen of Wands", since Ayame's personality traits fit that card.
Her Stand is humanoid and has wings, which is convenient since it has long range.
She can manipulate her target's emotions / perceptions through the songs she sings.
It's not really meant for fighting since her Stand is weak.
It's mainly for support, since she could hype the Crusaders and boost their courage / adrenaline for example.
But she can indeed trick enemies with illusions, or fake sensations.
The biggest weakness is that she cannot do a single false note, or she'll lose control over the target. So she is vulnerable to attacks.
If her song is somehow interrupted, it stops being efficient.
Same if her target stops hearing her (by covering their ears for example).
Same if her target has a stronger will than hers. At least, enough to break the illusion by themself (DIO haha-)
She can use Reverberation on any object she touches, turning it into a kind of speaker. It's useful to give messages to people, or hide her location for a while.
Then, she can heal wounds by accelerating the process of regeneration (since she can manipulate people's perceptions, metabolism counts-) but it's very energy-costing. It clearly is way weaker than Crazy Diamond's ability.
