Mm, its very beautiful, your composition is always so elegant.
You're right, though, it does feel a little like it needs something... i cant think of anything which you could do to this image, but one thing you could try on a future piece is desaturating the whole image except for your eyes, which you could slightly brighten and oversaturate a little, i think you have the beauty to make an image like that look wonderful.
