Enemies: Doctor Eggman, Badniks

The first IDW Sonic exclusive original character and a fan favorite in the series. Tangle lives in Spiral Hill Village and, much like Sonic, she loves fun and adventure. Tangle first got a taste of excitement when Badniks attacked her hometown and she met the blue hedgehog along with Blaze the Cat. Shortly afterwards, Tangle helped liberate Knuckles' island from Neo Metal Sonic before heading back to her village.

Sometime after the battle, Tangle helped Whisper the Wolf overcome the trauma of her dark past and defeated Mimic, thus allowing the two to become best friends. However, things seemed to take a tragic turn when Tangle became a Zombot amidst the chaos of the Metal Virus crisis. Luckily, thanks to Super Sonic, Tangle returned to normal and her life continues on as always.

Ever since her debut, Tangle has been loved and became so popular, she began getting merch of her own along with a four issue miniseries alongside Whisper the Wolf. The fact she even appeared in a mobile game is stunning, plus, due to SEGA being involved with her creation, this means Tangle can be more than a comic book character as long her appearance in a video game doesn't cause any issues...
