Can't blame Travis for having a hard time killing her even though his reluctance really took me off guard. Here he's been pretty enthusiastic about killing people from the get-go and suddenly HESITATION!

hehe. Frankly, I was more annoyed that she had to kill herself because Travis wouldn't finish the job (though he had no problem killing everyone else). Leaving Shinobu made some sense because, well, she WAS just a kid (and that ended up karmically helping him later), but Holly knew full-well what she was getting into, and finishing the job was the honorable thing to do.

That's true, though Travis at that point was uncomfortable with killing women, he also seemed to like Holly for the short time he knew her, and even went and showed her respect (which he didn't do for anybody else except Jeane). Kinda bummed about Holly now
