the biggest changes in this universe are that the dutch colonised the northwest coast of australia which was later conquered by the english, that dutch papua-new-guinea joined Oceania instead of Indonesia, that Antarctica got settlers, that the trust territory of the pacific islands was given to Oceania instead of America and that (obviously) all the british territories in the pacific joined together instead of starting their own nations.If you have any questions feel free to ask and I will be happy to awnser them.
